  • Pre-Project Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your project before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund. This applies to situations where you’ve paid a deposit or the full project fee upfront.
  • Cancellation During Initial Stages: If you choose to cancel your project after we’ve initiated the initial stages, such as content outlining or research, a partial refund may be offered. The specific amount will be determined based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. We will deduct a reasonable fee to cover these initial efforts.
  • Cancellation After Work Commenced: Once we’ve begun substantive work like content creation, editing, design, or layout, refunds are not available. This is because significant time and resources have already been invested in your project.
